How do AI systems in social media impact us?

Task 1
Complete the tasks in Worksheet 4
Take 10-15 minutes to fill in the four fields.
Discuss your conclusions in a small group.
Have a short discussion in a group of 3-4 students about your findings.
Task 2
Here are questions that can help you get started:
1. Describe your own social media usage: What platforms you use, how much and what for?
2. Describe how AI-powered data collection, profiling and recommendation systems can affect your life in good and bad ways.
3. Give your opinion on how social media platforms could be improved for children.
4. If there is something you would like adults to understand about what it’s like for children on social media, you can include it at the end of your writing.
